Description
Rattrays Black Mallory pipe tobacco is a blend of two types of Virginia leaf, Cyprian Latakia, Black Cavendish and Orientals with no added flavouring. This is a symphony of flavours - a multitude of tobaccos joining in harmony for a smooth and balanced smoke. Rattray called this a Scottish blend, some call it a Balkan but all agree it is a classic. 50g tin. Note: these are now shipping in plain packaging.
About Rattray's Pipe Tobacco
After studying and blending tobacco for years, Charles Rattray opened up The House of Rattray in Perth, Scotland in 1903. The success of the shop shot forward at an incredible rate, and in no time at all Charles and his tobacco blends became the go-to for serious pipe smokers across the British Isles. To this day, many of these blends rank among the best in the world.
